Good evening.

I have been given a ban on your BF2 server today, and I think it was a big misunderstanding.  Alien has a player or in-game mod named crazyetxjew and I was trying to type to him that his Horne on his car vehicle was stuck on as he was driving around. not sure if this was a glitch or not but I was trying to notify him of that in case the enemy around him could hear him coming. and I believe my words were "jew your Horne is stuck on."   and the next thing I knew I was kicked from the server and then attempted to reconnect and was banned.   I'm guessing because I used the word jew is the reasoning behind it. but it was not used in an insulting manner it was to actually notify the name of the player. I seem to get along with him well, we have had some good games the last few days. I really hope my ban can be lifted for this misunderstanding since it was only to notify another player by there screen name and not used as an insult.

what do you mean another one was caught? is this good or bad?

is there a way my ban can be lifted for that? it wasn't meant for any harm or insult.
