I recently had to have my hdd replaced and had to reinstall everything but they gave me a SSD insted of a HDD hahah lucky me :p but i ran into another problem, not only do you have to add a custom res of 800x600 @ 60hz you also have to update directx with the web installer. after i did that everything was fine. just wanted to update the problem cheers

All of a dam sudden iv started having a problem of getting the game to start.. starts than crashs back to desktop..
im using Bf2 hub but has been working fine. not updated a single thing or done anything..
when using window mode, i get the error. which i cant find anything that helps. even uninstalled the game and launcher.
if anyone knows how to help. id love it

yes i still play bf2 because i cant get a free copy of bad company 2 or bf3.... and im limted to what i can play :/ but most the time my net isnt the best and i cant even walk in a straight line due to jitter i guess it is.. but i did manage to go 92 and 2 tired my kill streak again at 61 so hahaha im kinda a prick but that was following the rules ( which i always follow the rules unless some prick is on )

YaY \o/ 2018 now i just have to wait another year for game of thrones to come back and no sign of when taboo ( the FXx show ) will come back on. Happy new years, i did manage to get to 90/2 K/D on a round with a kill streak of 61 with 198 points just in a jet so YAY me

Sweet but i still have a copy of BF2 Revive saved that they posted on mediafire.com that was named release.rar so im still good also have re-uploaded the game freelancer to my mediafire and they have not deleted it ( YaY not like im selling it ) well the more download spots the better. that was a good christmas gift wildpig1 and it didnt cost anything lol

Lately i find my self being totaly outnumbered and with FAR to dam much rule breaking going on, IV had about all i can stand of it and have been cracking down on it but it seems to do no freaking good with just kicking and if i did bans it be half the darn server if full. sooo. iv just been kicking the hard base **** and commanders who lose there minds and arty carrier.
but it just seems theres far to many ASSHAT rapiest that love to break rules and dont know how to read or dont know its bad to ****!!! soo...

well i think for sure that BF2hub would be a good idea to keep Alien's server up and running for BF2. iv already downloaded BF2 hub but have not installed it yet as i fear it wont list Alien server, so iv been waiting til revive is totaly shut down and pulled offline to install it.
but for sure would be worth looking in to.

well if theres away to keep Alien running under a BF2 banner than its for sure something to look into, and as wildpig said its right off EAs back end. so it must be allowed by ea,
i was looking into BF3 but i dont think i have run it on this pc or atleast not on high settings which i wont play anything on low,bc i play better on high settings as i can see far more.
